1. المبدأ الأساسي: الخصوصية أولاً (Privacy-First)
تطبيق تاسكويك (TasQuick) مصمم ليكون مساحتك الشخصية الآمنة لإنجاز المهام. نؤمن بأن بياناتك ومهامك وأفكارك تخصك وحدك، لذلك بنينا التطبيق وفق نهج «البيانات المحلية أولاً» (Local-First)، حيث تُحفظ وتُشفر جميع قوائمك ومهامك وملاحظاتك على جهازك مباشرة دون الحاجة لإنشاء حساب أو الاتصال بخادم خارجي لاستخدام التطبيق.
🔒 لا نقوم ببيع أو تأجير أو مشاركة أي بيانات شخصية مع أطراف خارجية أو شبكات إعلانية على الإطلاق.
2. البيانات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها
ينحصر تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات في المجالات الضرورية لتشغيل الميزات التي تختارها بنفسك:
- المهام والقوائم والملاحظات: تُخزن محلياً على ذاكرة جهازك في قاعدة بيانات مشفرة بتقنية SQLCipher (AES-256). لا يطلع فريق العمل على أي من هذه البيانات.
- المزامنة السحابية والتعاون (ميزة اختيارية): إذا اخترت تفعيل المزامنة أو التعاون في قائمة مشتركة، يتم نقل البيانات عبر اتصال آمن ومشفر (HTTPS / TLS) لتتمكن من الوصول إليها من أجهزتك أو مشاركتها مع من تدعوهم فقط.
- البيانات البيومترية (بصمة الوجه / الإصبع): عند تفعيل ميزة قفل التطبيق، تتم معالجة البصمة بالكامل من خلال نظام تشغيل هاتفك (Secure Enclave في iOS و Android BiometricPrompt). التطبيق لا يمكنه الوصول إلى بيانات بصمتك ولا يخزنها إطلاقاً.
3. بيانات لا نقوم بجمعها إطلاقاً
- التسجيل الصوتي والميكروفون: التطبيق لا يطلب ولا يستخدم صلاحية الميكروفون (RECORD_AUDIO)، ونغمة الإنجاز هي ملف صوتي محلي فقط.
- الموقع الجغرافي: لا نطلب ولا نتتبع موقعك الجغرافي (GPS).
- الإعلانات والجهات الخارجية: التطبيق خالٍ تماماً من حزم SDK الإعلانية وأدوات التتبع الإعلاني لأطراف ثالثة.
- جهات الاتصال والصور: لا نصل إلى قائمة جهات اتصالك أو مكتبة صورك الخاصة.
4. الصلاحيات المستخدمة والغرض منها
يطلب التطبيق الحد الأدنى الضروري من الصلاحيات لأداء وظائفه الأساسية:
- الإشعارات (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): لإرسال التذكيرات التي تحددها بنفسك لمهامك، وعرض ملخص خطة اليوم التفاعلي. يمكنك إلغاء تفعيلها في أي وقت من إعدادات النظام.
- المصادقة البيومترية (USE_BIOMETRIC / Face ID): للسماح لك بحماية خصوصية مهامك وقفل التطبيق عند مغادرته، وتُطلب فقط إذا قمت بتفعيلها يدوياً من الإعدادات.
5. أمان وتشفير البيانات
نطبق معايير أمان وتشفير متقدمة لحماية بياناتك:
- تشفير قاعدة البيانات المحلية: تُشفر قاعدة البيانات المحلية بالكامل بمعيار AES-256 عبر SQLCipher.
- النسخ الاحتياطي المشفر: يتيح لك التطبيق تصدير واستيراد ملفات نسخ احتياطي مشفرة بكلمة مرور خاصة بك (PBKDF2 مع 120,000 تكرار وتشفير AES-256-CBC ومصادقة HMAC-SHA256). لا يمكن فك تشفير هذا الملف دون كلمة المرور التي اخترتها.
6. حذف البيانات والتحكم الكامل (حق النسيان)
أنت صاحب القرار الأول والأخير في بياناتك:
- يمكنك مسح وتعديل وحذف أي مهام أو قوائم من التطبيق في أي وقت بنقرة زر واحدة.
- في حال استخدام المزامنة السحابية، يمكنك حذف حسابك وكافة البيانات المرتبطة به نهائياً بضغطة زر من داخل التطبيق (إعدادات > حذف الحساب) ليتم مسحها فوراً من خوادمنا دون أي احتفاظ بها.
7. خصوصية الأطفال (COPPA)
تطبيق تاسكويك مناسب للاستخدام العام ولجميع الفئات العمرية، ولا يقوم بجمع أي معلومات شخصية تعريفية من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً عمداً.

1. Privacy-First Philosophy
TasQuick is designed to be your calm, secure personal productivity space. We believe that your tasks, lists, and thoughts belong strictly to you. That is why TasQuick is built on a Local-First architecture: your data is stored and encrypted directly on your device. You can use the app fully without creating an account or sending data to external servers.
🔒 We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data with third parties or advertising networks under any circumstances.
2. Data We Process and How It Is Used
We process data only to deliver the features you explicitly choose to use:
- Tasks, Lists & Notes: Stored locally on your device in an encrypted SQLite database using SQLCipher (AES-256). We have zero visibility into your task content.
- Optional Cloud Sync & Collaboration: If you choose to enable cloud sync or collaborate on shared lists, data is transmitted over secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) solely to synchronize your lists across your invited devices.
- Biometrics (Face ID / Fingerprint): If you enable App Lock, biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device OS (Apple Secure Enclave / Android BiometricPrompt). TasQuick never accesses, collects, or stores your biometric credentials.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Microphone & Audio Recording: The app does not request or use microphone permissions (`RECORD_AUDIO`). Task completion sounds are pre-packaged local audio assets only.
- Precise Location (GPS): We do not track, request, or collect your geographic location.
- Advertising & Third-Party Trackers: TasQuick contains zero third-party advertising SDKs or cross-app tracking libraries.
- Contacts & Photo Library: We do not access your personal contacts or photo gallery.
4. Device Permissions and Purpose
We only request the minimal permissions necessary for app functionality:
- Notifications (`POST_NOTIFICATIONS`): Used exclusively to deliver task reminders you schedule and to display the interactive pinned Today Summary. You can revoke this anytime in system settings.
- Biometric Authentication (`USE_BIOMETRIC` / `Face ID`): Used to protect your tasks with an app lock upon returning from the background. Only prompted if manually enabled in Settings.
5. Data Security & Encryption
We implement industry-standard encryption practices:
- At-Rest Database Encryption: The on-device SQLite database is encrypted with 256-bit AES via SQLCipher.
- Encrypted User Backups: The app allows you to export/import backups encrypted with your chosen password using PBKDF2 (120,000 iterations), AES-256-CBC, and HMAC-SHA256 integrity verification.
6. Data Retention, Deletion & Your Rights
You have full autonomy over your data at all times:
- You can edit, complete, archive, or permanently delete any task or list locally with immediate effect.
- If you use cloud sync, you can permanently erase your account and all associated cloud data at any time via the in-app Delete Account option (Settings > Delete Account). Data is wiped from servers immediately.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
TasQuick is safe for general audiences of all ages and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
